Sapphire star bracelet

A versatile classic design of a simple star set sapphire. 

I have hand set this natural Australian sapphire in a 12 pointed star design, the old fashioned way, with a handheld graver and finely tuned muscles and eyes.

The disc measures about 11mm across and is just shy of 2mm thick, it is nice and light.
The length is 18cm long, but I can make it any length you like, please feel welcome to ask. 

I make many of these bracelets but they are all different as I engrave each one by eye.

I love engraving with a graver, the process, the simplicity, the skill and the result. You just can’t get that bright sparkle and hand crafted feel with laser cut or cast or roll printing techniques.
