Sapphire & garnet mānuka ring

Mānuka has a special place in my heart, I have fond memories of going out beekeeping with my Dad and shaking the mānuka trees in bloom, to watch the petals drift down like snow in summer. Magical. 

I have hand set the natural pink sapphire petals in a flush setting technique then bead set the centre garnet, in a miligrain style to mimic the mānuka stamens. All set in solid sterling silver. 

The top of the sterling silver signet ring measures 9mm across.

This ring is a size N but I can make any size you like, just let me know in the comments box at the checkout.

I make many of these rings but they are all different as I make each one individually, and the nature of natural gemstones means they are all slightly different colours.

I love hand setting, the refined result sets my work apart from mass produced cast in place jewellery. The process is labour intensive but very much worth the effort.
